Digital goods (templates, e-books, software, licence keys, and downloadable assets) are delivered instantly after your payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with your download links and/or access credentials, and the items are also available in your account dashboard.

2. Development & Consulting Engagements

• After purchase, our team reaches out to schedule a kickoff and agree on scope, milestones, and timelines.
• Project delivery timelines depend on the engagement — typical web builds are delivered in 2–6 weeks, and mobile apps in 4–12 weeks, confirmed during onboarding.
• On completion, we provide a structured handover — source code, deployment access, documentation, and any credentials — and a review window for acceptance.

3. Training & Courses

Access to training and course materials is granted immediately (for self-paced content) or according to the published cohort schedule (for instructor-led programs). Access duration and any renewal terms are stated on the product page. Materials are available through your account for the stated access period.

4. Technical Requirements

To access digital products and course materials, you need a stable internet connection and a modern web browser. Some software or assets may have specific system requirements, which are noted on the relevant product page.

5. Issues With Delivery or Access
